These boards accompany the children's book entitled “Being a Poet” which is a poetic approach to the world.
They show an encounter with a sensitive reality of nature where the drawing expresses the thing and the effect it produces, the discovery of the metaphor, and reveals the surprise of the invisible.
It’s about identifying a concrete poetic gesture in reality and evoking its resonances. It is sometimes the bringing together of two situations that we do not compare but simply juxtapose, sometimes apparitions that occur.
